Independent commercial property administration and building consultancy company, Workman, has already been appointed by Common Projects as property supervisor for the iconic Heal’s Building Totttenham Courtroom Road, London.

General Tasks acquired the 187 lately,000 sq.ft Quality II listed, blended use asset in jv with global investment company KKR from Columbia Threadneedle Investments.

House to the flagship shop of the legendary style furniture retailer for 200 yrs, the site includes nine interconnected buildings casing an assortment of retail, workplace and residential tenants.
