Job User profile:
The objective of the role would be to react to the requests directed to the Helpdesk. Keep track of and control the everyday operations of the developing also to record any program anomalies via the CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Administration) fault recording program for remedial fix and planned preventive upkeep. The Helpdesk Operator shall d eliver client services by firmly taking inbound calls, receiving email requests obtained in adherence to procedural, quality and productivity standards.

Job Duties: FM Help Desk Schooling:
Graduation

Diploma in Equivalent Expertise:
At the very least 2 to 4 years of hospital knowledge in the UAE in a person service role

Great working understanding of IT Microsoft apps i.e. Phrase, Excel, PowerPoint

Demonstrate great presentation and communication abilities.

Have solid organisational skills, for information management etc

Flexibility may be required inside your working hours to support the operation.

Capability to provide providers to the best specification
