The chance

We are presently seeking an Office Supervisor to join our primary business support group (CBS). This place is accountable for managing the amenities solutions delivered to our workplaces. The working office Supervisor ensures effective shipping of Facilities-related services and supervision of most facilities staff; develops and trains services employees and assists with amenities budgets and operational expenses.

Your key responsibilities

Manage your day to day functions of the Facilities Administration Services (FMS), ensuring excellent service support and shipping is provided. Activities are carried out in a proactive, cost-efficient and collaborative way and aligned to the entire goals of the AWS strategy, model and to get the event Leader. Other key responsibilities consist of:

  • Liaise and coordinate with building management and external suppliers on alterations, construction and reconfiguration General upkeep of office cleanliness, neatness and arrangements
  • Independently manage and react to urgent administrative queries facilitating the delivery of effective solutions
  • Ensure all working office supplies, equipment, furniture, etc. are maintained and stored in a clean and protected climate
  • Execute the Facilities Management plan ensuring work is completed within allocated budget
  • Prepare annual facilities budget, ensuring work is provided within allocated budget, and offer management reports on a periodic basis
  • Ensure suppliers provide adequate services and work to both financial and quality standards
  • Manage procurement and purchasing orders associated with office equipment, furniture, services and supplies; general stationery, food refreshments and provisions, etc.
  • Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for sale of supplies, provisions, services and equipment
  • Act as a spot of contact for staff queries and resolve any operational support issues
  • Interact with the neighborhood vendors for facilities management services; cleaning, maintenance, stationery, beverages and food, refurbishment, etc.

    • At the least 7 years of related work experience
    • A bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical discipline
    • Understanding of health, safety and office security rules
    • Superb verbal and written conversation skills
    • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
    • Dynamic person, with strong organizational skills


    Ideally, you’ll likewise have

    • Computer literacy, acquainted with MS office package
    • The capability to manage an unpredictable workload
