TECHNICAL ARCHITECT – Etisalat

Principal Features (Major Regions of Responsibility):

Etisalat Company Managed Services group is seeking something Manager in the merchandise marketing perform for the global providers group. 
This role will undoubtedly be in charge of the strategy and path for items within the global system services team. This place shall provide eyesight and tactical leadership to rationalize the existing services by defining marketplace requirements, profitability models, and the way the target state items are delivered and offered. The selected candidate will be in charge of developing packages, driving product and company performance including designing, executing and marketing strategies that helps generate up the product income from different segments.
Possession of the end-to-end Item Life Cycle to make sure high level of client satisfaction is really a key facet of this role. THE MERCHANDISE Manager shall maintain aggressive advantage, and opportunities that satisfies growing customer demands. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities and ability to use cross function groups is required for the one who can deliver on the anticipations out of this role.

Duties & Obligations :
Product Administration/Product Marketing Duties
1. Own the lifecycle administration of Etisalat’s global WAN (MPLS and Global Web) services sent to clients.
2. Lead development of brand new or enhanced solutions by:
a. Analyzing/knowing the marketplace
b. Identifying prioritization and feasibility of brand new services
c. Writing item and market needs
d. Total deal or product monetary versions/business cases
e. Bring brand new ideas in the regions of managed WAN services particularly, SD-WAN, virtualization, SDN, network based services and cloud-based networking services.
3. Enhances the providers to meet up the growing customer needs and offer customized solutions for services and products to be able to meet income targets
4. Capability to deep dive in to the customer bottom, define micro segments and create targeted items
5. Define and review plans, guidelines and methods for the merchandise and monitors and supervise their execution
6. Monitors, highlights and evaluates the merchandise ongoing performance and high quality of its output, services, testimonials and monitors key efficiency indicators
7. Analyze item and business KPIs, and undertakes corrective actions to meet up objectives
8 accordingly. Churn administration and proactive intend to meet objectives

Enterprise Product sales Responsibilities
1. Client obsessed that helps maintain customer at the biggest market of new enhancements and advancements.
2. Complicated Pursuit and Deal Assistance – Help the enterprise sales force closing product sales of WAN / SD-WAN solutions. Includes identifying options, providing presentations, developing/helping RFP proposals and reaction for larger and much more complex offers.
3. Seek timely suggestions from the Customer to improve product features to make sure portfolio is competitive

Leadership
1. Management communication and demonstration on regular and crucial initiatives
2. Coordinates business specifications across all continuing sections, implements and develops intend to support business requirements
3. Manages the interfaces within Item Marketing team and cross functional group relationships
4. Capability to carve out space in the event of matrix ambiguity
5. In a position to handle work under great pressure to meet deadlines upon timely manner
6. Great interpersonal skills. Candidate will need to have encounter in collaborating and supplying leadership/direction to an array of organizations.  Capability to carry out plans across several cross-organizational teams.

Formal Education Necessary: 
Graduating in Telecom/ Engineering, MBA (Marketing)

Yrs & Field of Encounter needed: 
5 to 10+ many years of experience in business product management, business product sales or development engineering encounter
Sound company judgment, proven ability to impact others and solid analytical thinking abilities
Solid knowledge of WAN and Hybrid WAN systems (MPLS, Dedicated Web, broadband and cellular) across Worldwide marketplaces
Managed System Services
Web Systems (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, etc..)
Knowledge of SD-WAN fundamentals, virtualization (VNF, cloud), SDN (NFV)
SD-WAN technology suppliers (Cisco Viptela, Nokia Nuage, Versa, Veloclod)
Product life cycle administration and customer value administration
Proficiency in the MS Workplace suite of equipment with focus on Excel and PowerPoint

Years & Industry of Experience necessary: 
5 to 10+ yrs of experience in business product management, business advancement or sales engineering encounter
Sound company judgment, proven capability to impact others and solid analytical thinking abilities
Solid knowledge of WAN and Hybrid WAN technology (MPLS, Dedicated Web, broadband and cellular) across Global marketplaces
Managed System Services
