In Baltimore, T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. has kicked off construction of a new 550,000-square-foot global headquarters set to open in 2024. The brand new headquarters design supports T. Rowe Price’s collaborative culture. Spaces to assemble for meetings of most sizes – including litigant conference center and an auditorium – are designed to help the firm attract and retain top talent.

The brand new building will include a water harvesting system which will save approximately 1.55 million gallons of potable water annually, adding to its proposed goal of LEED Platinum status for commercial interiors.
