Tasks and Responsibilities (Work Description):
Ø Assistance deployment and configurations within the mobile application system.
Ø Operate & Monitor ETISLALAT Internet & Mobile Apps.
Ø Conducts account administration jobs and coordinates with CIT Growth, QA, DBA, Network, This Security Operations products and related concern groups for required synchronization.
Ø Attending Customer Complains regularly sustaining section’s KPI.
Ø Manage middleware atmosphere.
Ø Monitor collaborations atmosphere for anomalies and mistakes, reporting and escalation of problems.
Ø Supply the required daily assistance, maintenance, and administration of the systems.
Ø Provide Level-II assistance and prepare escalation to This Development and Executive Administration Group.
Ø Forecasts system needs and recommends upgrades, expansions and reconfigurations.
Ø Develop and keep maintaining high standards within establishing procedures and guidelines to handle routine jobs and specific quality protocols.
Ø Satisfy or go beyond SLA obligations regularly and on a continuing basis, enable accurate metrics to calculate response period, meet BCP requirements regarding offsite access, and decrease the time had a need to address hardware/software program failures.
Ø Conducts account administration duties and coordinates with CIT Advancement, QA, DBA, Network, This Security Operations systems and related concern groups for essential synchronization.
Ø Attending Customer Complains regularly preserve section’s KPI.
Ø Documentation, follow-up and Upkeep of released Programs.
Ø 24×7 Tier 2 assistance for contact center/ETISALAT Web Apps.
Ø Record Application performance details to the Line Supervisors.
Ø Contact with Networking, Windows Administration along with other infrastructure programs.
Ø Extend support for domain associated applications within the area and comply section’s guidelines and plans
Ø Good Conversation skills.
Ø Direct exposure of scripting within PHP, strength shell, VB, C/C++ and debugging.
Ø Strong skill within Apache Tomcat environment.
Ø Solid skill in Log degree Evaluation for exceptions.
Ø Strong skill within Log analysis using Kibana and capability to develop Operational dashboards.
Ø Capability to integrate with additional domain apps for extensive assistance.
Ø Capability to develop Unix shell scripting.
Required Qualification and Encounter:
Ø Bachelor in Computer Technology.
Ø 5-8 years of experience in Mobile/Web – Application Operations/ Development
Ø 4+ Apache tomcat, PHP & Weblogic
Ø Great Knowledge to Application Growth and Scripting.
Ø Good Experience within Linux and Redhat systems
Ø Great background of MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle DB
Ø Contact with XML, JSON, JSONP Language.
Ø PPM, ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft Azure.
