SPIE in Bruntwood SciTech win

Bruntwood SciTech offers appointed SPIE UK to provide design and refurbishment providers at the UK’s largest individual site lifestyle sciences campus, Alderley Recreation area in Cheshire.

Under the conditions of the nine-month agreement, SPIE shall be following a wide variety of works on Prevent No. 50, like the refurbishment and style of the basement plant space, the initial and second floors, and the known level 3 roof area. The united team provides common and specialised mechanical, engineering, and plumbing (MEP) solutions to the laboratory room as well as type A and B functions.

Class A will concentrate on the problem of the prevailing primary MEP providers, while classification B involves the entire fit-out and modifications necessary to adjust the existing design to the customer’s bespoke needs.
