Soft Services & PPM FM Specialist – WFC Holding – Abu Dhabi

The Role

Work Purpose The Soft Solutions & PPM FM Specialist is in charge of the operational performance completely, coordination and shipping of day-to-day Soft Providers through contracted providers to meet up the Facility Manager duties for availability and assistance level expectations of your client, the Facility Supervisor and its own customers across all websites. Principal Accountabilities Soft Solutions • Directing, supervising and controlling the efficiency of activities for several soft services and expert suppliers • Review Service Functions Manuals (SOMs) for precision of data supplied by service providers with real at site details and recommend changes. • Function collaboratively with wider Service Manager Group champion and users the ethos of greatest practice value assured. • Manage the shipping of soft providers and facility management solutions through contracted providers to meet up availability and service degree expectations of your client and its own customers at all places across customer portfolio, including; – Washing, o waste management, – Goods shipping, – Landscaping, – Pest handle, and – Specialist providers • Provide expertise and assistance for soft solutions to all or any ADAC Airports • Continuously make an effort to improve customer knowledge and airport ranking in soft services shipping against applicable industry specifications, i.e. Airport Services Quality (ASQ). • Accountable for validation of design choices linked to Soft Services upkeep and suggest alternative options where appropriate; • In charge of the scoping evaluation, budgeting and justification of providers change function orders • Coordinating the Company services related components and demand submittals • Manage daily Soft Providers FM planning, and tabs on supplier and goals agreement deadlines

Requirements

Qualifications Education/ Qualification • Degree Level (minimum) – Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Management Work Experience • A lot more than 3 years’ experience in the aviation sector, Facility Service Supervision Experience, with improving levels of responsibility, which includes relevant management roles.
