The Soft Services Manager will undoubtedly be responsible for the website and housekeeping cleaning operation, waste management, pest control, administration and security of different projects. Duties & Responsibilities: • Ensures quality housekeeping and cleaning in royal, VIP, and staff zones of the project. • Completes and maintains all records, establishes performance and controls checks essential to quality accomplishments and tasks regarding his section. • Handles maintenance requirements, coordinates repairs, and follows through to corrective measures. • Recommends complete or partial renovation as so when necessary • Coordinates interior decoration activities, if any • Ensures security standards • Completes personnel appraisals for his staff and recommends promotions, agreement renewals, and terminations. • Fills out attendance reviews for his personnel for submission to the payroll area • Works closely with specialized staff members for implementation of maintenance requirements • Conducts periodic meetings along with his employees for smooth work efficiency • In charge of assessment, procurement, and administration of small projects particular to the Operations Section as agreed with the Service Services Supervisor. • Responsible for providing a essential interface between project clients and the contracted program providers on a day time to day schedule • Responsible for monitoring important components of the FM provider and reporting to the Service Services Supervisor • Responsible for supervising of supply companions/contractors service shipping and customer user interface on a time to day basis • Carefully working with the Service Services Manager on economic tracking and reporting to ensure all providers are delivered within agreed budgets and defined support ranges. • Responsible for providing a constant improvement review and advancement of initiatives to improve or rationalize tough services to achieve the best performance and full consumer engagement • Responsible for the supervision of all housekeeping personnel, their welfare, training, growth, uniforms, and wellbeing. • Build and keep maintaining strong working relationships both and externally internally. • Demonstrate management and leadership skills to motivate, coach, and mentor group. • Utilize the principles of task administration methodology to ensure operations-related tasks are managed effectively.
- 5-10 years’ soft services/housekeeping experience. • Experience in quality housekeeping standards supervises the housekeeping workforce. • Experienced in the English language both oral and written • Experienced in Office Computer Applications, Word, Excel, Access, Power-point
