The Role

The Soft Services Manager will undoubtedly be responsible for the website and housekeeping cleaning procedure, waste management, pest manage, administration and security of different projects. Responsibilities & Responsibilities: • Ensures high quality housekeeping and cleansing in royal, VIP, and employees zones of the task. • Completes and maintains all information, establishes functionality and controls checks essential to high quality accomplishments and tasks regarding his section. • Handles maintenance requirements, coordinates repairs, and comes after through to corrective measures. • Recommends full or partial renovation as so when necessary • Coordinates internal decoration activities, if any • Ensures security standards • Completes employees appraisals for his personnel and recommends promotions, agreement renewals, and terminations. • Fills out attendance reviews for his employees for submission to the payroll area • Works closely with specialized personnel for implementation of maintenance requirements • Conducts periodic meetings with his employees for smooth work overall performance • Responsible for evaluation, procurement, and administration of small projects particular to the Operations Section as agreed with the Service Services Supervisor. • Responsible for delivering a essential interface between project clients and the contracted program providers on a day time to day schedule • Responsible for monitoring important components of the FM provider and reporting to the Service Services Supervisor • Responsible for supervising of supply companions/contractors service shipping and customer user interface on a time to day basis • Carefully working with the Service Services Manager on economic monitoring and reporting to assure all services are shipped within agreed budgets and described service ranges. • Responsible for giving a constant improvement review and advancement of initiatives to enhance or rationalize tough services to achieve the best performance and full consumer engagement • Responsible for the supervision of all housekeeping staff members, their welfare, training, growth, uniforms, and wellbeing. • Create and keep maintaining strong working human relationships both and externally internally. • Demonstrate administration and leadership abilities to motivate, coach, and mentor team. • Utilize the principles of project management methodology to make certain operations-related projects are maintained effectively.


  • 5-10 years’ soft providers/housekeeping experience. • Encounter in quality housekeeping specifications supervises the housekeeping workforce. • Experienced in the English vocabulary both oral and composed • Experienced in Office Computer Applications, Word, Excel, Accessibility, Power-point
