Soft Services Manager – Big Fish Recruitment – Abu Dhabi

The Role

The Soft Services Manager will undoubtedly be responsible for the website and housekeeping cleaning procedure, waste management, pest handle, administration and protection of different projects. Duties & Duties: • Ensures high quality housekeeping and cleaning in royal, VIP, and employees zones of the task. • Completes and maintains all information, establishes performance and settings checks necessary to high quality accomplishments and tasks regarding his section. • Handles maintenance requirements, coordinates fixes, and follows through to corrective measures. • Recommends full or partial renovation as so when necessary • Coordinates inside decoration activities, if any • Ensures security standards • Completes employees appraisals for his personnel and recommends promotions, agreement renewals, and terminations. • Fills out attendance reviews for his employees for submission to the payroll area • Works closely with specialized employees for implementation of upkeep requirements • Conducts periodic meetings along with his personnel for smooth work functionality • In charge of assessment, procurement, and administration of small projects particular to the Operations Section as agreed with the Service Services Manager. • In charge of providing an integral interface between project clients and the contracted providers on a daily basis • In charge of monitoring important elements of the FM program and reporting to the Service Services Manager • In charge of tabs on supply partners/contractors provider delivery and customer user interface on a daily basis • Closely dealing with the Facility Providers Manager on economic tracking and reporting to make sure all solutions are delivered within agreed budgets and defined support levels. • In charge of providing a continuing improvement review and advancement of initiatives to boost or rationalize hard providers to attain optimum performance and complete customer engagement • In charge of the supervision of most housekeeping employees, their welfare, training, growth, uniforms, and wellbeing. • Construct and keep maintaining strong working human relationships both and externally internally. • Demonstrate administration and leadership abilities to motivate, coach, and mentor group. • Make use of the principles of task management methodology to make sure operations-related tasks are managed effectively.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years’ soft services/housekeeping experience. • Experience in quality housekeeping standards supervises the housekeeping workforce. • Experienced in the English language both oral and written • Experienced in Office Computer Applications, Word, Excel, Access, Power-point
