The Soft Services Manager will undoubtedly be responsible for the website and housekeeping cleaning procedure, waste management, pest handle, administration and protection of different projects. Responsibilities & Responsibilities: • Ensures high quality housekeeping and cleaning in royal, VIP, and staff zones of the task. • Completes and maintains all information, establishes performance and settings checks necessary to high quality accomplishments and tasks regarding his section. • Handles maintenance requirements, coordinates repairs, and comes after through to corrective measures. • Recommends full or partial renovation as so when necessary • Coordinates interior decoration activities, if any • Ensures security standards • Completes personnel appraisals for his staff and recommends promotions, contract renewals, and terminations. • Fills out attendance reports for his staff for submission to the payroll section • Works closely with technical staff for implementation of maintenance needs • Conducts periodic meetings along with his staff for smooth function performance • In charge of assessment, procurement, and administration of small projects particular to the Operations Section as agreed with the Service Services Manager. • In charge of providing an integral interface between project clients and the contracted providers on a daily basis • In charge of monitoring important elements of the FM program and reporting to the Service Services Manager • In charge of tabs on supply partners/contractors provider delivery and customer user interface on a daily basis • Closely dealing with the Facility Providers Manager on financial monitoring and reporting to make sure all services are shipped within agreed budgets and described service levels. • In charge of providing a continuing improvement review and advancement of initiatives to boost or rationalize hard solutions to attain optimum performance and complete customer engagement • In charge of the supervision of housekeeping staff, their welfare, training, growth, uniforms, and wellbeing. • Construct and maintain strong functioning relationships both and externally internally. • Demonstrate administration and leadership skills to motivate, coach, and mentor group. • Make use of the principles of task administration methodology to ensure functions-areated tasks are managed effectively.
- 5-10 years’ soft providers/housekeeping experience. • Knowledge in quality housekeeping specifications supervises the housekeeping workforce. • Experienced in the English language both oral and written • Experienced in Office Computer Applications, Word, Excel, Accessibility, Power-point
