- Improve the current service ranges and make sure that services delivered based on the standards and guidelines on the market.
- Manage multiple soft providers, i.electronic. cleaning, pest control, safety, providing, etc.
- Developing gentle services contracts spending budget, SLA’s & KPI’s.
- Create a waste management technique for headquarter functions.
- Make sure that contractual functions are of top quality, safely delivered and so are managed and convenience within both outcome and delivery.
