Sodexo sets out Social Impact Pledges for 2021

Sodexo UK & Ireland has publicly mentioned its commitment to some pledges forming its ethical manifesto for at the forefront to improve standard of living for modern society and the earth.

These pledges include gifting  around 25 % of its apprentice levy to SME providers, enabling them to generate 100 new apprenticeships; slicing food waste materials by 50 % across all its websites by 2030; and making sure 40 % of the company’ spend has been SME and VCSE providers – above the Government’s very own target of £1 atlanta divorce attorneys £3.

This start represents the fourth iteration of Sodexo’s Social Impact Pledge. Published in 2015 first, each year the business enterprise has faithfully documented on its progress contrary to the pledges, demonstrating with examples plus evidence the positive effect it is creating.


This, the pledges are centered on four social impact pathways: our People, our world, our Places, and our Partners.

Sodexo provides continued to invest in providing targeted and tangible assistance for its Companions, particularly Little and MID-SIZED Enterprises (SMEs) and Voluntary, Community and Public Enterprises (VCSEs). This assistance includes skills-based training and mentoring, pro bono professional and tech support team and 30-day transaction terms.
