Sodexo is celebrating Global Women’s Time 2021 with the release of a group of virtual engagement activities designed to help feminine prison leavers enter employment back.
The sessions will be delivered within Sodexo’s SheWorks programme, aimed at introducing females to new job possibilities they may not need previously considered and can focus on woman offenders approaching prison discharge.
Virtual sessions will be shipped in two of Sodexo’s women prisons, HMP Bronzefield in hmp and Surrey Peterborough, along with HMP Drake Hall in Staffordshire.
Each occasion will include guest audio speakers from across Sodexo’s business discussing their careers and careers. There may also be a chance to identify job opportunities with partner employability and organisations assistance and advice.
Employed in partnership with New Futures System, a section of the Ministry of Justice, suitable individuals, have been determined for the programme and you will be inspired to take into account their options and passions once released.
