Crucial Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all task related correspondence to get a report of the happenings in every tasks.
  • Monitor and follow-up on past due record and submittal deliverables.distributes and
  • Develops conference minutes , correspondence and reports.
  • Arranging all of the documents & drawings in the archives area and consolidates within soft copies offered by all right times.
  • Coordinates the distribution and publishing procedure for engineering drawings and paperwork.
  • Overview of documents to ensure all documents are full to enable FM to possess all necessary details to manage the attributes.
  • Maintaining files of most correspondence linked to all Tasks.
  • Overview of all project files delivered to FM.
  • Registering the paperwork tagging and shipped them in proper files.
  • Follow-up with Senior Engineers to acquire any missing documents also to coordinate with Task Managers to supply FM all necessary assist with manage properties effectively.
  • Giving an answer to additional departments’ queries linked to project documents by giving the needed files to these departments.
  • Distributing the paperwork and logging internally.
  • Classifying each task drawings, O&Ms, documents in accordance with project name and based on the technical region.
