SHW appoints head of FM and sustainability

With over 10 years’ experience employed in facilities administration for both traders, occupiers and managing brokers, including 2 yrs at SHW, Thompson spent some time working to put into action ESG and crucial FM initiatives whilst engaging with occupiers and customers to lessen the impact of attributes, while improving their efficiency.

Located in SHW’s London workplace, Thompson will be in charge of the facilities danger and management management groups across the firm’s system of offices, along with the shipping of its sustainability assistance across the property administration division and helping the wider company.

Adrian Dack, Head and companion of Property Administration at SHW, commented: “Tarniah includes a true interest for ESG/sustainability. With her history and ‘on-the-surface’ function in facilities management, she has an abundance of first-hand achievement and knowledge in applying, managing, and driving ahead ESG initiatives at a house level and may be the perfect applicant to push forwards our continuing work of this type.”

Thompson additional: “ESG/sustainability is growing in significance for landlords and occupiers each day. Not from the legislative perspective purely, but within attracting investors also, employees, and clients.

“Our sustainability program is targeted on helping our customers develop and achieve tangible, sustainable outcomes to fulfil environmental, corporate and interpersonal governance across their resources, along with fostering a genuine moral belief within the huge benefits our collaborative initiatives donate to the built atmosphere and beyond.”
