This shift-based client facing administration role is in charge of all areas of day-to-day contract services delivery during the hrs of duty. Out of regular working hours, this role will be the concentrate for client relationships. The function requires the efficient administration out of all the ongoing service outlines including civil, mechanical, electrical and settings. Deployment of sources and personnel is really a core component of this role. Responsibility for KPI shipping is delegated and maintained, as is manage of safe techniques of work.

Key Accountabilities

Assistance the implementation and growth of the SERCO group strategic operations framework.

Input in to the development and execution of the SERCO strategic framework and Greatest Practice according of hard services, dealing with other people of the SERCO group closely

Maintain solid working human relationships with Dubai Airports- YOUR CLIENT – with focus on frequent, thorough, and expert communication on functions related matters

Co-ordinate the advancement of SERCO operational specifications and policies

Put into action the operational process, processes & statements of needs to underpin both Serco and Dubai Airports operational criteria according to the method agreed by the Agreement Manager.

Develop extra operational statements of specifications specific to the requirements of Dubai Airports.

Fast on action and reaction times flexibility.

Specific requirements Strong specialized skills in all respects of service delivery Amply trained in MS Office apps mainly Excel, Phrase, and Power Point. Encounter in AutoCAD, Photoshop, along with other graphic design bundle is a good plus. Proven analytical problem and capacity solving skills Negotiation skills Excellent communicator and motivator in multi levels. Fluent in English (talking, reading and creating). Arabic will be useful. Seven many years plus in sustaining and providing of operational providers Five yrs plus of handling in a FM environment Connection with coordinating continuous quality enhancement programs. Connection with managing multiple teams
