ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform business development routines for property, residential retail and mixed-make use of assets

  • Develop and manage the Procurement and Phasing technique in collaboration with Task Management.
  • Support in choosing detailed project costs predicated on Project and Procurement Administration input
  • Support in the choice, negotiation, appointment of experts, service and contractors companies predicated on Procurement’s recommendation
  • Support in choosing project plan, anticipate and resolve achievable roadblocks to completion of design to make sure on-time project shipping
  • Address crucial procurement contract variations due to differences in project style raising major problems to the collection manager
  • Make and manage the development’s Risk Register
  • Perform continuous tabs on project and style deliverables, risk and program register.
  • Provide constant progress improvements and monthly written reviews on construction improvement.
  • Identify major problems or conflicts and recommend suitable solutions
  • Monitor advancement budgets against projected and real costs and recommend suitable options on deviations
  • Help in the negotiation of the Heads of Terms for asset buy and lease agreements with all third party entities in collaboration with internal leasing and lawful departments.
  • Help in collaboration with internal product sales, leasing and lawful departments in the creation of the Heads of Terms for product sales contracts and retail leases.
  • Support in choosing refined commercial strategy predicated on recommendation from Commercial (electronic.g. ERV, retail mix, phasing, marketplace timing, etc…)
  • Support in choosing online marketing strategy (e.g. advertising calendar, branding, etc…)
  • Support in choosing Asset, FM and pm strategy, make sure proper coordination and handover with PM and FM entities and Asset Manager.

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of valuation, appraisals and financial modeling of business and residential development.
  • Strong knowledge and contact with the GCC market with large expert developers with annual income of at the very least AED 2 billion.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural construction and style.
  • Solid knowledge of contract procurement policies and processes obtained in the Procurement functionality of a genuine estate developer in the GCC real estate business

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor diploma in property, land economics, home valuation, architecture or engineering
