Senior Manager – Freezone Development & Client Interface – WFC Holding – Abu Dhabi

The Role

Supporting overall Client Scope Management, business development analyst & program managment, preparing development brief / detailed scope free of charge Zone Client Led Development Projects, , including assisting line managers with the update of Master Plans at no cost Zone Developments, help out with development management functions, including, however, not limited by development oversight, project close-out and Handover to client ensuring smooth delivery of most projects relative to the commercial terms, set milestones, project feasibilities, timeframes, and specifications. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic • Supporting Development & Design Management for Business Development, , Business Case and initial scope development free of charge Zone Led Developments Projects • Oversee and ensure all Free Zone project deliverable are secured in based on agreed timeframes, specifications, and budgets from all concerned departments, government and consultants bodies. And to function as Free Zone center point of connection with the supporting departments such as for example (CP&C, Procurement, FM, Finance, Airport Operations, etc.) for the agreed projects Operational • Sound knowledge of Free Zone, Cargo, Logistics and aviation sectors to aid in the keeping Free Zone clients, aligning to commercial value creation, eco-system alignment, commercial market demand and outlook and carryout periodical amendment to existing Master Plans (Concept and Detailed Planning), which includes approvals from DoT plus Municipality and other related Governmental Authorities getting jurisdiction over the Learn Plan framework. JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & CERTIFICATIONS Minimum Education Required • Bachelor’s qualification with a variety of engineering and Finance degree. APM or pmi certification is desirable. Professional Certifications Required • Not Applicable.
