Reporting to the principle Executive Officer, the FM/SFE will undoubtedly be responsible for just about all aspects of directing plus co-ordinating and supervising different activities associated with the maintenance plus upkeep of PROPERTY assets beneath the management of the business.
Functioning in close co-ordination along with various home managers of the business the FM/SFE will be responsible for the subsequent
Directs and supervises upkeep contractors
Supervises periodic maintenance, examination and servicing of tools including central air-con, absorption and centrifugal chillers, ventilation and heating systems, plumbing fittings, sewage systems, electrical circuitry and fittings, pumps, motors, elevators, related controls and instruments.
Established ups the planned servicing program and schedules for several properties of the continuing company. Must compile, publish, determine and implement the planned upkeep arrange for all built or even installed assets.
Establishes corrective and crisis maintenance processes.
Reviews all service maintenance agreements/agreements and ensure problems and products are implemented.
Programs the feasibility and require of minor additions, alterations and adjustments to existing services and equipment as so when required. Participates in the look of such modifications to make sure modified/new installations and devices are reaching the desired goals.

Qualifications, Encounter and Skills –
Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
General 8+ years of experience as facilities maintenance engineer with genuine estate/propety administration companies.
be tech savvy
Must, in AutoCAD especially, MS Workplace, etc.
Great interpersonal skills with contact with managing working relationships. Great communication abilities in English.
Ability to take care of multiple duties.
Ability to function in a team along with independently.
