Senior Associate – Development – Aldar – Abu Dhabi



  • Help out with the continuing business growth activities for land, home retail and mixed-use resources as directed by the relative line manager.
  • Help out with developing feasibility research for home, retail and mixed-use possessions and seek acceptance from line supervisor
  • Perform task costing in coordination with Task Management.
  • Develop financial design in collaboration with Partnerships & Investment along with other relevant functions
  • Liaise with Partnerships & Investments along with other relevant features on feasibility research.
  • Help out with developing feasibility research on owned property:
  • Suggest allocation of specific property by segment on property plots
  • Recommend property phasing plan
  • Suggest in input to the prices of land plots predicated on price benchmark of similar land plots
  • Analysis and Recommend unit price by property plot
  • Perform infrastructure costing in coordination with Functions. Perform advanced cost break down of infrastructure (recoverable versus non recoverable expenses)
  • Develop monetary feasibility and model research. Liaise with various Expense Analysis along with other relevant features on feasibility research
  • Evaluation the Delivery team improvement and report on improvement of the shipping and the timely handing over of federal government related assets to lessen O+M expenses and land expenses
  • Collate insight from exterior and internal stakeholders. Report and evaluation on pre-concept test suit, concept master strategy and detailed master program developed and managed by the master preparing function.
  • Help out with review, update , suggest and statement on the allocated property bank from inception, design, shipping of infrastructure, authority handovers, development and product sales on land plots.
  • Use marketplace intelligence reviews to recommend land make use of requirements for master programs; matching supply with requirement.
  • Use Marketplace reports and mass media Publication to recognize trends in Development items related to life-style and recommend land make use of and products that may overall enhance the task attractiveness and profitability.
  • Evaluation and update development supervisor on schedules for property development together with Controls and Delivery.
  • Perform continuous tabs on project and style deliverables, risk and program register.
  • Provide continuous progress updates and month-to-month written reports on design progress.
  • Identify major problems or conflicts and recommend suitable solutions
  • Monitor advancement budgets against projected and real costs and recommend suitable options on deviations
  • Support in choosing refined commercial strategy predicated on recommendation from Commercial (electronic.g. pricing, product sales phasing, etc.)
  • Support in choosing online marketing strategy (e.g. advertising calendar, branding, etc…)
  • Support in choosing Asset, FM and pm strategy, make sure proper coordination and handover with PM and FM entities and Asset Manager.



Min of: 6+ yrs of development management encounter in managing the growth of large home and retail property resources of over AED 500 million in value.

Real estate


  • Strong knowledge of valuation, appraisals and financial modeling of business and residential development.
  • Strong information and contact with the GCC market with large expert developers with annual income of at the very least AED 2 billion.
  • Solid understanding of architectural building and style.
  • Solid knowledge of contract procurement plans and procedures obtained in the Procurement functionality of a genuine estate programmer in the GCC real estate business


Bachelor degree in property, land economics, home valuation, engineering or architecture
