Work Scope:

Book Maintaining, Manage Payables, and Analyze economic information and prepare monetary reports to find out or maintain an archive of assets, liabilities, loss and profit, tax liability, or additional financial activities in a organization.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Prepare of everyday MIS record for the administration showing the position of banks, sales, payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and update of most schedules which should end up being matched with the GL.
  • Prepare Month-to-month Financial institution Reconciliation statements.
  • Reconcile of most inter / related company’s accounts.
  • Prepare month-to-month booking and closing of most monthly expenses.
  • Prepare all transaction vouchers, i.e. financial institution, cash and others.
  • Reconcile creditors servicing and account of most files linked to payables.
  • Assist FM for just about any required information, notes or schedule. all the accounting along with other records in a specialist way
  • Maintain.
  • Prepare all of the payment vouchers should be supported by the certified and original documents.
  • Help out with annual economic audit.
  • Maintain Set Assets schedule for just about any addition, calculation and deletion and posting of month-to-month depreciation.
  • Prepare Income and Payroll move letters in accordance with wage protect program and submit to Financial institution.
  • Prepare Monthly Trial Stability and producing correction and evaluation of any mistake or un-booked or overbooked costs etc.
  • Manage, Procedure and control all consumer invoices within liaison with Product sales & Technical department.
  • Maintain report of most LPOs received from standing and customers of shipping or work in procedure.
  • Maintaining accurate data source for several customers including month-finish reconciliation of balances.
  • Liaison & follow-up with Technical & Product sales department for several customer and sales-related problems.
  • Any obligation or duty assigned every once in awhile.

Qualifications and Encounter:

  • Bachelor of Accounting (Preferable ACCA, CA, or CIMA).
  • Minimum 3 years of encounter in Accounting at exactly the same place.
