Navana Property Group has appointed Edward Callaghan to the role of Chief Financial Officer since it expands over the residential and mixed-use sectors.
Callaghan, a professional Chartered Management Accountant, has extensive experience in the house industry. He held the role of CFO for JLL Asset and Property Management UK for over 3 years. Compared to that he was Finance Director for Mitie Group Plc prior. Callaghan also offers experience in the co-living sector and was lately Group Finance Director at The Collective.
In his new role, Callaghan will undoubtedly be in charge of Navana’s core financial management and can play a central role in driving its ongoing growth.
Callaghan may also be CFO for Navana Holdings, the parent company of Navana Property Group, and can advise on Navana Holding’s investment approach and capital planning also.
Commenting on the brand new appointment, Kelly Bream, Chief Operating Officer at Navana Property Group, said: “Edward’s long-standing experience and knowledge of diverse corporate structures make him in a position to advise our business once we grow our clientele. We have been seeing real appetite from developers and asset owners for the technology and customer-led method of property and place management, which is great to possess Edward onboard once we capitalise on these opportunities.”
Navana was appointed by Ghelamco this past year to provide design consultancy and management services because of its first large-scale UK development called The Arc in East London. The business’ wider clients likewise incorporate Regal London and EcoWorld London.
