Salisbury Group has landed a five-year contract with Liverpool John Moores University for building, mechanical and electrical maintenance services.
The hard FM deal, that is likely to be worth over £1.5 million yearly, covers planned and reactive works across 37 different buildings in the populous city of Liverpool.
The agreement may be the fifth university contract that the ongoing company has won and mobilised in under two years.
Salisbury’s Group Managing Director, Andrew Lunt commented: “We have been delighted to win this contract having an excellent new client.
