• Achieve arranged product sales targets and outcomes within plan
• Maintain optimum availability of company items
• Develop and execute agreed sales program
• Introduce and establish services into the marketplace
• Monitor brand new qualified prospects and referrals caused by field action
• Coordinate product sales effort with associates along with other departments
• Establish, develop and keep maintaining positive business and consumer human relationships
• Analyze the territory/markets potential, monitor sales and status record
• Maintain shipping of the brand, class, and customer goals and ensure the shipping of agreed distribution targets.

• Should have 2-3 3 years relevant encounter in UAE especially managing Union Coops.
• A proven background in Sales and encounter in owning a team of product sales executives and Merchandisers.
• In-depth capability to work in an easy paced dynamic and extremely competitive sales atmosphere.
• Great negotiation abilities and the capability to ‘close the offer’ and determination to analyze and identify home based business possibilities.
• Confident with excellent conversation and analytical abilities to increase opportunities.
• Outcome oriented with strong generate to make it take place
• Should possess driving License and automobile
• Arabic nationality preferred.
