Description

• Lease / purchase of the Company’s home portfolio, ensuring optimum profitability, and handling the entire sales process from preliminary connection with a customer, to closing the selling.
• Present flats, houses or other attributes to prospective customers in a persuasive way
• Assist home landlords in discovering ideal tenants
• Promote unoccupied properties through different media and advertising methods
• Evaluate customers’ requirements and economic prosperity to make individualized presentations
• Provide accurate info on the different top features of qualities
• Validate program details and references
• Negotiate leasing conditions and full agreements
• Maintain abreast of the house market position
• Ensure correct maintenance and inspect attributes periodically
