We are searching for candidate who can use up a challenge to execute the continuing business Advancement . In this function the candidate must with Government, developers sufficient reason for authorities for tasks and tenders .The candidate ought to be with the capacity of structuring the procedure and the technical team .Preference will undoubtedly be given to candidates who’ve led the Engineering and Product sales operation of Mid/Little size FM companies.

Responsibilities like Sales & Business advancement

1. Generating qualified prospects by the method of network, client visits, cool calls , going to exhibitions and searching for references from existing customers

2. Develop strategic plans, sales methods, develop maintenance deals to customer and undertake presentations to potential customers.

3. Preparing paperwork for tenders and sign up with federal government and authorities

4. Going to incoming inquiries , meeting the customers with a demonstration of our solutions and closing the offers

5. Analysis and Understanding the field specific needs of customer and use the expert groups to tailor remedy and propose house & maintenance options

6. Networking and influencing with present and prospective Clients to create relationships at senior ranges, and identify business must address.

7. Put into action and develop the product sales and operation process, guidelines and lead the specialized team

8. Prepare proposals and will be offering for customers which are extensive in scope and compelling within their presentation to guarantee the customer notice full worth proposition.

9. Participating and attending in networking activities, exhibitions and become updated with structure / FM industrial occasions

10.Perform vendor sign up and listing with corporates

11.Achieving weekly, regular monthly and sales targets and fresh client quietly.

Knowledge, Qualification and Abilities required:

1. 2-4 Years work knowledge as Business growth in Abu Dhabi Marketplace Proven .

2. 2-4 year off expertise in MEP /HVAC /Electrical engineering

3. 2-4 Experience in Construction industry

4. Diploma/Diploma in Engineering

5. MS Workplace (especially MS Excel);

6. Ought to be self-motivated, powered, methodical and enthusiastic individual

7. Demonstrable capability to communicate, current and influence essential stakeholders in all known degrees of an organization.

8. Exceptional listening, negotiation and display abilities

9. Great organisation and work administration skills

10. Must have UAE driving licenses


1. Gross Income of AED 6,000-AED 7,500

2. Transportation provided and cellular allowance provided

3. A Incentive will undoubtedly be offered in line with the sales and target accomplishment
