- Prospect new clients and maintain current customers relationship within the commercial FM industry
- Generate project/business opportunities and RFP’s through customer contact to meet up the company’s business plans and growth strategies.
- Generate the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the offer”
- Collaborate with the Senior Management to get ready and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan and technique for meeting business goals
- Track and report the existing status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments
- Lead the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations
- Ensure all communication with customers come in accordance with this standards and correct in content and format
- Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when required
- Adjust to new tendencies and encash opportunities on the market
- Liaise internally with other departments such as for example Commercial, Operation, Finance, RECRUITING
- Become a resource person for management regarding sales and marketing issues
- Measure the focused quality of business to arrive; refocusing efforts if off track.
- Perform other duties as designated
