Sales and Marketing Executive – Sawaeed Al Naba Facilities Management LLC. – Abu Dhabi

  • Prospect new clients and maintain current customers relationship within the commercial FM industry
  • Generate project/business opportunities and RFP’s through customer contact to meet up the company’s business plans and growth strategies.
  • Generate the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the offer”
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management to get ready and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan and technique for meeting business goals
  • Track and report the existing status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments
  • Lead the development and preparation of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations
  • Ensure all communication with customers come in accordance with this standards and correct in content and format
  • Negotiate potential contract adaptations or extensions when required
  • Adjust to new tendencies and encash opportunities on the market
  • Liaise internally with other departments such as for example Commercial, Operation, Finance, RECRUITING
  • Become a resource person for management regarding sales and marketing issues
  • Measure the focused quality of business to arrive; refocusing efforts if off track.
  • Perform other duties as designated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From AED5,000.00 monthly
