Sales and Marketing Executive – Sawaeed Al Naba Facilities Management LLC. – Abu Dhabi

  • Prospect new clients and maintain current customers relationship within the industrial FM market
  • Generate project/business possibilities and RFP’s through consumer contact to meet up the company’s business programs and growth methods.
  • Drive the sales procedure from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the offer”
  • Collaborate with the Senior Administration to prepare and put into action the company’s Advertising and Business Development Program and technique for meeting company goals
  • Track and report the existing status of potential tasks, markets, Consumer news, and developments
  • Lead the development and preparing of RFP’s, Pre-Qualification, formal presentations
  • Ensure all communication with customers come in accordance with this standards and right in content and format
  • Negotiate potential agreement adaptations or extensions when required
  • Adjust to brand new tendencies and encash possibilities on the market
  • Liaise internally with other departments such as for example Commercial, Operation, Finance, RECRUITING
  • Become a resource individual for management regarding sales and marketing problems
  • Measure the targeted high quality of business to arrive; refocusing initiatives if off track.
  • Perform other duties as designated
