Product sales and Business Development Supervisor
We certainly are a combined band of company with Service Management, Civil Construction, HVAC Disinfection and Washing and Engineering Services. We are searching for result and powerful oriented Sales and Company Manager who’ve previous knowledge in MEP, Engineering and construction Sectors.
Whom we have been looking for
We are searching for candidate who can use up a challenge to execute the business enterprise and Sales Development. In this function the candidate must license with Government, Programmers sufficient reason for authorities for tasks and tenders .The candidate ought to be with the capacity of structuring the procedure and the technical team .Preference will undoubtedly be given to candidates who’ve led the Engineering and Product sales operation of Mid/Little size FM companies.
Responsibilities like Sales & Business growth
1. Generating qualified prospects by the method of network, client visits, cool calls , going to exhibitions and searching for references from existing customers
2. Develop strategic plans, sales methods, develop maintenance deals to customer and undertake presentations to potential customers.
3. Preparing paperwork for tenders and sign up with federal government and authorities
4. Attending incoming inquiries, meeting the customers with a presentation of our services, and closing the deals
5. Research and Understanding the sector specific needs of client and use the expert teams to tailor solution and propose home & maintenance solutions
6. Networking and influencing with current and prospective Clients to create relationships at senior levels, and identify business must address.
7. Implement and develop the sales and operation process, guidelines and lead the technical team
8. Prepare proposals and will be offering for clients which are comprehensive in scope and compelling within their presentation to guarantee the customer see full value proposition.
9. Participating and attending in networking events, exhibitions and become updated with construction / FM industrial events
10.Perform vendor registration and listing with corporates
11.Achieving weekly, monthly, and sales targets and new client quietly.
Experience, Qualification and Skills required:
1. 2-4 Years work experience as Business development in Abu Dhabi Market Proven .
2. 2-4 year off experience in MEP /HVAC /Electrical engineering
3. 2-4 Experience in Construction sector
4. Degree/Diploma in Engineering
5. MS Office (particularly MS Excel);
6. Ought to be self-motivated, driven, methodical and enthusiastic individual
7. Demonstrable capability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all known degrees of an organization.
8. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
9. Excellent organization and work management skills
10. Must have UAE driving licenses
1. Gross Salary of AED 6,000-AED 7,500
2. Transport provided and mobile allowance provided
3. An Incentive will undoubtedly be offered in line with the sales and target achievement
