Restaurant Steward/Kitchen Helper


A Steward carries out general cleansing duties and the procedure of pot-cleaning and dishware machineries to provide a fantastic Guest and Member encounter while making sure all back again of house places are kept thoroughly clean and safety recommendations are observed.

Particularly, you will be accountable for performing the next tasks to the best standards:

Operate pot-washing machinery and keep maintaining a hygienic working atmosphere relative to hygiene regulations and business standards
Perform general cleansing as directed to add sweeping, mopping up, cleaning up, and emptying of rubbish bins and boxes making sure placement in the right containers
Making certain all kitchen and back again of house locations are kept thoroughly clean and all products within the kitchen region is cleaned relative to the cleaning plan
Ensure the right PPE is set up and guidelines are honored
Observe Wellness, Hygiene and Safety suggestions when handling hazardous elements and adhere to all aspects of Safe practices requirements
Record any upkeep and, or, hazard problems to the supervisor working
Bring out any reasonable task established by the Hotel’s Administration
