What you would perform
The Regional Product sales Engineer, HVAC – Providers & Spare Components will be straight reporting to the Product sales Director of Applied Items of the center East & Africa area. You will be located in Dubai to operate a vehicle business and sales growth of HVAC Services & Spare Components of Applied Items business across the Center East & Africa area, specifically for Chillers, FCU’s and ahu’s Services & Spare Components product sales.
 
You shall focus on generating work at home opportunities from our present installation bases, and increase our marketplace tell new business clients in your community. As a known person in this team, you will work inside a vibrant environment that delivers a platform to work with your experience to create business from current or new customers having an active installation bottom.
 
The way you can do it
Being an experienced Product sales Engineer for HVAC Solutions & Spare Components, you should have complex technical understanding of HVAC systems to get customers knowledge of company item offerings, develop sales methods, qualify and prioritize possibilities, maintain appropriate territory information, prepare proposals, deliver specialized presentations, and perform essential follow-ups for the successful closing of the product sales, other duties include; 
* Enhance relations with current stations and create new stations to boost and assure outcomes, make periodical appointments to ensure clients support and fulfillment
* Drive product sales development and self-motivated to provide assigned territory development for the HVAC Services, Spare Components, AMC’s, and L&M work opportunities
* Perform site audits to recommend new ideas for web site improvements to your existing customers or even any new customers having an energetic installation foundation
* Lead product sales initiative, create regional product sales strategies, and share market proactively, clients, and industry insights with the sales force and channel partners make it possible for the delivery of company programs
* Articulate marketplace information (market prices, quantity, development, competitor actions, etc.) and propose a rise action arrange for each channel in the territory to executive administration

Abilities

What we search for
Necessary 
* Bachelor’s diploma in Mechanical engineering
* Minimum 5 years of encounter in Product sales of HVAC Providers & Spare Components (AMC and L&M) in the centre East & Africa area
* Deep specialized knowledge of HVAC program with a proven history of selling HVAC Solutions, Spare Parts, AMC agreements and obtaining L&M job opportunities
* Proficiency in generating company from existing or even new customers having an active installation bottom
* Solid, self-directed, collaborative team participant with interpersonal, communication, & presentation abilities 
* Capability to prioritize and established challenging but realistic period schedules
* Identified, results-driven, strong sales generate
* Fluent vocabulary abilities in English and Arabic
