2. Sourcing & Awarding Subcontractor for Qualities and facilities maintenance.

3. Analyze all suppliers to choose the best option suppliers who is able to deliver the high-quality item at competitive prices

4. Verifying the tender’s quotation for specialized details according to BOQ.

5. Negotiate with providers& subcontractors on prices and payment conditions

6. Nominating the subcontractors in line with the price, terms & circumstances.

7. Issuing Purchase Orders/Contract draft for Subcontracting functions

8. Reviewing the fine print of the Contract draft according to approved standard.

9. Submitting daily reviews to the Supervisor
