Job Explanation
• Create a valuation matrix, record and keep track of occupancy and vacancy position of the properties.
• Conduct brand new tenant orientations, presentations and associated communications
• Provide comfort to inhabitants by getting together with them for timely assist with resolve daily problems.
• Maintain verbal and composed communications with tenants and suppliers.
• Process upkeep requests and ensure servicing work is completed precisely to the fulfillment of the tenant so when per time plan.
• Prepare all related paperwork
• Direct efficiency of in house employees and monitor all functions executed by contractors/Services Providers to make sure compliance with government rules and residential property administration criteria.
• Proactive method with problem solving skills with tenants.
• Coordinate marketing and marketing pending vacancies.
• Maintain a data base for several property management functions.
• Coordinate inspections to make sure compliance with codes and protection rules.
• Highlight and offer improvement concepts in the constructing to improve the tenant’s encounter.
• Handle challenging circumstances with tenants and deal with all issues and just escalate as a second resort
