Organization and Supervision of the Execution of the Works described in the Contract Ensuring all legal and Contractual requirements of the Contract Reporting to HQ

Immediate reporting of accidents or particular events

Responsible for medical and safety of the employees and Subcontractors, including the 

environmental performance

Execution of the task in accordance with the neighborhood environmental prescriptions and regulations

Delegate tasks towards the website staff

Study and implement methods increasing productions

Proiect Manager Responsibilities and accountabilities towards HSE

The relative head of the line management is the PM. He could be the leader to the Project Management Team and is supported by the Project HSE Representative for HSE matters. All staff with management responsibilities shall demonstrate their commitment to the continual improvement of the HSE performance.

Accountability:

The best accountability and responsibility for occupational safe practices on the project rests with the Project Manager. Objectives:

His objective would be to organise, manage, monitor and control the project organisation, budget and execution to be able to undertake the scope of work and achieve standards of quality, schedule and costs as laid down in the Contract in the interests of NMDC with regards to the Contract.

Accountabilities towards HSE

The PM is in charge of all project activities, including HSE. He’ll function as main interface with CLIENT for several

matters.

The Project Manager implements the policy by:

Setting a good example for his colleagues by their own behavior and approach regarding HSE matters Ensuring the option of a highly effective OHSMS [Occupational Safe practices Management System] and the implementation of the System

Asking the HSE Management (on corporate in addition to on project level) for advice;

Making certain risks and impacts are communicated to all or any supervisors and workers properly, and that work is completed on a regular basis safely;

Verifying if the different tasks are performed by competent and qualified personnel; Ensuring the project activities with HSE regulations and requirements comply;

Undertaking inspections, reporting of nonconformities and ensuring up these are followed;

Making certain the HSE is understood by all employees regulations;

Applying exactly the same instructions to suppliers/Sub-contractors;

Making certain accidents, near-misses and hazardous situations are corrective and investigated actions are taken;

Taking part in External and Internal Audits;

Making certain appropriate technical and money are made open to support the

OHSMS;

Proposing measures to avoid risks for personnel.

Responsibilities towards emergency response are defined in the Emergency Response Plan.

Passing conditioning from AD Health Service Co. SEHA is mandatory. Physical examinations and investigation test (ADMA) wilt be needed before working at offshore Coal and oil projects
