procurement assistant/Office admin

Procurement
• Assistance in every procurement related matters (Chemical substances, Office Equipment, Plant Upkeep materials)
• Send RFQs to vendors and normal follow up with suppliers
• Purchase way to obtain products/components
• Determine the cheapest cost for products/components
• Monitor and report orders
• Manage supply bottom
• Supply and interview suppliers; negotiate contracts and expenses
• Communicate performances and costs to administration
• Recommend brand new processes or techniques for improvement; implement brand new ideas and methods
• Organize and schedule procurements regularly
• Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, associates, and supervisors to align targets
Workplace Admin
• Correspondence with Establishments like DU, Dewa, Insurance policy, etc
• Coordinate with HR regarding employees ticketing, visa related problems matters
• Plan phone calls and meetings for senior administration
