The construction and facilities management business has been awarded a one-year contract to supply planned preventive maintenance (PPM) services at the Lillie Square development in West London.
Within the contract with Management and Capital & Counties Properties PLC, Polyteck shall deliver PPM services to over 400 high-end residential apartments. Services shall cover flat smart controls, in addition to ventilation and heating systems.
Located where Kensington, Chelsea, and Fulham meet, Lillie Square is really a group of new homes created by acclaimed Sir Terry Farrell internationally. Accommodation includes someone to three-bedroom apartments, lateral penthouses, and four and five-bedroom townhouses.
In addition to being home to London’s largest private residents club spanning 18,000 sq ft, the development is defined around a string landscaped gardens inspired by London’s historic garden squares and created by former Chelsea Flower Show winner, Andy Sturgeon.
