Facilities and property administration company, Pinnacle Group, has obtained social and residential casing specialists Orchard & Shipman.
Among the UK’s top multi-tenure residential providers, the acquisition will dsicover Pinnacle expanding its geographical service and footprint capability nationwide. The purchase shall integrate the complete of Orchard & Shipman within Pinnacle, which includes its registered service provider (Orchard & Shipman Houses), and will continue being brought by Chris Shipman, Executive Chairman.
Orchard & Shipman brings over 30 years’ experience and experience in the provision of home management services to open public and private industry landlords and portfolio proprietors nationwide.
With a mixed-tenure residential administration portfolio of over 80,000 homes over the United kingdom, Pinnacle states the strategic acquisition of Orchard & Shipman further improves the company’s sector knowledge and ability whilst benefitting existing along with new customers and customers.
The offer strengthens Pinnacle’s capacity to provide step-change housing solutions instantly.
