The Role

Job Purpose The OT Engineer is responsible for the performance of Facilities and Assets Operational Technology (OT) systems and contracted services in relation to OT, also to supply the technical advice and expertise on the OT Systems to provide seamless service, enhance client satisfaction and efficiencies, through facilities building and management technologies. Principal Accountabilities – OT Techniques – Understand the present OT systems technologies deployed – Provide strategic instructions for OT system needs and plans that align with company objectives – Ensure OT techniques stick to the ADAC IT governance for modification management and IT Safety technical knowledge. – Provide insight on advancement and applicable AFM systems and design options to integrate them in alignment with the present architecture – Provide the specialized expertise and suggestions on the OT Techniques, to the service and client providers for technology initiatives, innovation, improvements and program configurations – Study and examine existing FM technology techniques and recommend / implement enhancements – Oversight of all transformation solutions, working with the Service Manager, department managers to make sure that service delivery performance and levels are aligned with agreed strategy. – Analysis, evaluate and recommend emerging appropriate technology – Identify the Gaps and Recommend efficiencies through brand-new or improved technologies – Recommend practices for constant improvement of systems delivered – Implement equipment and software system options by defining and analysing program difficulties – Study and examine existing amenities technology systems and company versions and recommend / implement enhancements – Prepare business instances for the above with audio advantages to ADAC – Support in developing the Technology street map for OT techniques – Lead the procedures for continuous enhancement of OT technology – Prepare business situations for the above with audio advantages to ADAC – Work carefully with ADAC IT and function as specialized stakeholder during any tasks relating to FM covering all 5 Airports operated by ADAC – Ensure normal information IT protection testing and ensure ideal security ranges in compliance with ADAC IT safety policies and processes – Ensure constant conversation and coordination within the Amenities Manager Business and the Customer to determine and satisfy OT techniques and applications specifications – Oversee requirements gathering, style, development, testing and execution of new AFM technologies systems and programs – Manage the teaching for both in-home developed and off the shelf AFM technologies systems and apps – Supervise of most transformation providers, working with the customer and department supervisors to ensure that assistance delivery levels and efficiency are aligned with agreed technique. – Prepare cost advantages and analysis reviews for techniques upgrades – Work with Information Analytics group to manage time to day technology procedures to support ADAC’s accomplishment of SLAs – Work with Tech & Information Analytics team to build up algorithmic features that augment AFM functions. This may include Synthetic Intelligence (“AI”), Device Learning (“ML”) and cognitive automation – Make a Business Continuity Arrange for OT systems – Any additional function assigned by Reporting Supervisor or Director

Requirements

Qualifications Schooling/ Qualification – Bachelor Degree Degree (minimum) – Technology Administration, Asset Management, Business Administration, Contract Management. Work Knowledge – Min 5 years’ expertise in encounter ,with increasing degrees of responsibility. – Proven background in in developing, controlling and implementing asset details systems, CMMS / CAFM. Information – FM systems -BMS, SCADA, etc. – Airport systems/ Large complex Facility – Software Development Lifecycle – Innovation and Improvement – IT Network System – IT Security – Benchmarking – Asset Management (ITC) / ITIL – Document / Data control – Several user / system operation Skills – Change Management – Strong preparing skills – Client Management – Power to translate ICT technical language to non-ICT technical people – Capability to manage expectations and describe technical detail – Consider ownership, and accountability for self and team – Able & ready to pay attention to others and encourages dialogue – Capability to Operate in busy 24/7/365 environment – In a position to are a team member and motivate team collaboration.
