Work Purpose The OT Engineer is in charge of the performance of Amenities and Assets Operational Technologies (OT) techniques and contracted services with regards to OT, and to supply the technical advice and experience on the OT Techniques to provide seamless service, enhance client satisfaction and efficiencies, through facilities creating and management technologies. Principal Accountabilities – OT Techniques – Understand the existing OT systems technologies deployed – Provide strategic instructions for OT system specifications and plans that align with company objectives – Ensure OT techniques stick to the ADAC IT governance for modification management also it Security technical knowledge. – Provide insight on advancement and applicable AFM technology and design answers to incorporate them in alignment with the existing architecture – Supply the technical experience and suggestions about the OT Systems, to the service and customer providers for technologies initiatives, innovation, improvements and system configurations – Study and look at present FM technology systems and suggest / carry out improvements – Oversight of most transformation services, dealing with the Facility Manager, department supervisors to make sure that service delivery overall performance and levels are usually aligned with agreed technique. – Research, evaluate and suggest emerging relevant technologies – Identify the Gaps and Suggest efficiencies through new or enhanced technology – Suggest practices for continuous improvement of technologies shipped – Implement hardware and software system solutions by defining and analysing system problems – Study and examine present facilities technology systems and business models and suggest / apply improvements – Prepare business cases for the above mentioned with sound advantages to ADAC – Help in establishing the Technology road map for OT systems – Prospect the practices for continuous improvement of OT technologies – Prepare business cases for the aforementioned with sound advantages to ADAC – Function closely with ADAC IT and become the technical stakeholder during any projects associated with FM covering all 5 Airports managed by ADAC – Ensure regular information IT security examining and guarantee optimum security levels in compliance with ADAC IT security policies and procedures – Ensure constant communication and coordination within the Facilities Manager Company and your client to determine and fulfill OT systems and applications requirements – Oversee requirements collecting, design, development, screening and implementation of new AFM technology systems and applications – Manage working out for both in-house created and off the shelf AFM technology systems and applications – Supervise of most transformation services, dealing with your client and department managers to make sure that service delivery levels and performance are usually aligned with agreed strategy. – Prepare cost benefits and analysis reports for systems upgrades – Use Data Analytics team to control daily technology operations to aid ADAC’s achievement of SLAs – Use Tech & Data Analytics team to build up algorithmic capabilities that augment AFM operations. This might consist of Artificial Intelligence (“AI”), Machine Understanding (“ML”) and cognitive automation – Make a Business Continuity Arrange for OT systems – Any work designated by Reporting Manager or Director
Qualifications Schooling/ Qualification – Bachelor Degree Degree (minimum) – Technology Administration, Asset Management, Business Administration, Contract Management. Work Knowledge – Min 5 years’ expertise in encounter ,with increasing degrees of responsibility. – Proven background in in developing, controlling and implementing asset details systems, CMMS / CAFM. Information – FM systems -BMS, SCADA, etc. – Airport systems/ Large complex Facility – Software Development Lifecycle – Innovation and Improvement – IT Network System – IT Security – Benchmarking – Asset Management (ITC) / ITIL – Document / Data control – Several user / system operation Skills – Change Management – Strong preparing skills – Client Management – Capability to translate ICT technical language to non-ICT technical people – Capability to manage expectations and describe technical detail – Consider ownership, and accountability for self and team – Able & ready to pay attention to others and encourages dialogue – Capability to Operate in overly busy 24/7/365 environment – In a position to are a team member and motivate team collaboration.
