Operations Head – Nathan & Nathan – Dubai

Our customer is a diversified band of businesses operating in industrial sectors including technology, health care, tourism & hospitality, and property. They are searching for an Operations Head who shall oversight and support quick service restaurants over the UAE.

This position is in charge of planning, coordinating, and controlling field activities which includes budgeting and
implementing tasks. Lead part in identifying, analyzing, and recommending service possibilities. Focuses
on vendor management to attain optimal service levels linked to quality, customer and cost fulfillment.
Influences contractor behavior via contractor evaluation sessions. Analyzes regional company performance
developments action plans to boost performance levels connected with procedure compliance,
reaction and completion periods. Develops ways of maximize production and remove disruptions and
downtime by translating performance and fix trends into meaningful company requirements for the industry and
company neighborhood.

Provide oversight and assistance for 20 store areas
Enforces initiatives linked to regulatory suggestions and client needs
Lead function in the stewardship of customer Health and Safety Applications and Initiatives
Responsibilities includes the servicing and modification of high quality management techniques and
treatments and leading the constant quality improvement initiatives
Assume obligation for the daily functions of assigned accounts, which includes relationship administration of
customer field employees
Define crucial business procedures and their specifications; provide assistance to the industry and interact with inner
and exterior customers
Traveling requirements are usually dictated by the necessities of the work. Represents Company and customer at business
conventions as required
Should be in a position to effectively manage Customer(s) facility maintenance, articulate business drivers clearly, and FM
Facility Maintenance Procedures
In charge of ensuring PROVIDERS maintain high specifications of protection and operational integrity.
Review COMPANY coverage model. Ensure optimization of the scheduled plan.
Manage CLIENT SATISFACTION and positive client human relationships.
Provide oversight of the service operational review procedure. Identify customer places with higher
maintenance routines and produces suggestions that bring about reduced down-time and upkeep
Helps to keep Division Facilities Supervisor informed of major problems.
Provide oversight of the asset administration program. (ie: building, tools).
Works together with Operations and various customer departments on remodels, funds system
rollouts requiring devices and/or contractor services.
Conducts meetings and can make presentations on amenities related topics and problems as appropriate.
Maintains a higher degree of technical expertise in neuro-scientific construction, refrigeration, food equipment fast,
electronics, utility management, etc.
As necessary, will continue to work with FM Accounts Payable department to examine and resolve invoicing issues and
accounting issues, i.e. disputed expenses or charges billed to wrong account, by dealing with
the accounting department directly.
Perform oversight of the repeat / multiple service calls which have been submitted for a particular sites


Bachelor Degree running a business Administration or relevant industry


5 plus yrs of handling field operations is recommended

Experienced in MS Workplace
Comprehensive knowledge of quality control techniques and relevant lawful standards
Great math abilities and functioning knowledge of data evaluation/statistical strategies
Certification of quality control is really a strong benefit
