Job Duties:

Follow workplace workflow procedures to make sure maximum performance ·
Maintain data files and records with efficient filing techniques ·
Documenting procedures and keeping maintenance information. ·
Monitoring upkeep budget investing ·
Supervising and ordering materials necessary for the maintenance work ·
Submitting and organizing records, invoices along with other important documentation
Help out with vendor relationship administration ·
Preparing Invoices and Quotations.
Provides details by answering requests and queries.
Maintains items inventory by checking share to determine inventory degree, anticipating needed supplies, expediting and placing orders for materials.
Plays a part in team hard work by accomplishing related outcomes as needed.
