The Role

Work Purpose The MEP & PPM Senior Manager will be in charge of the contracted services administration and operational coordination of day-to-day Facilities Management solutions for Mechanical, Electrical, Civils and Plumbing (MEP) providers through the contracted providers and Service Manager assets to meet up availability and service degree expectations of your client, the Service Manager and its own customers all sites, and based on the Sinyar’s and Customer’s asset management technique. Principal Accountabilities Leadership • Business lead the Service Manager MEP Services Group to make sure delivery of cost effective and presentation for your client from its possessions, contractor technical and economic performance, and reporting, consistent with Facility Manager Goals and best exercise. • Set optimum specifications of leadership in advertising of HS&Electronic procedures and greatest practice, ensuring compliance with Business procedures and lawful obligations. • Manage group and self to adhere to all Service Manager and Sinyar, and relevant client, procedures and policies. • Lead the united group to ensure sustained overall performance by ensuring inspiration via professional development, coaching, performance and mentoring orientation. • Function collaboratively with wider Service Manager Group champion and members the ethos of best exercise value assured. • Any duties which may be designated by the reporting manager Providers Delivery • Manage and oversee the efficiency of contracted providers and operational coordination for the delivery of MEP & PPM asset and service management services to meet up with the availability and services level expectations of your client and its own customers. • Continuously make an effort to improve customer airport terminal and experience ranking in MEP solutions delivery. • Manage and oversee MEP HVAC providers delivery and upkeep including: * Directing, supervising and controlling the actions of most HVAC and MEP property. * Creating a detailed knowledge of the MEP and HVAC agreement documents (drawings and specs), phasing plans, MEP techniques interrelationships * Acting as crucial liaison point and offer oversight over MEP and HVAC providers. • Validating design options associated with hard services servicing and suggest alternative options where suitable • Overseeing the scope evaluation, budgeting and justification of HVAC and MEP alter function orders • Coordinating and administering MEP and HVAC associated materials, techniques and drawings submittals • Making sure MEP and HVAC providers provide and abide by relevant Quality documentation/information • Making certain MEP and HVAC providers stick to project safety rules • Overseeing and handling the tests and commissioning of recently set up MEP and HVAC products • Optimize and manage the asset lifecycle through efficient and best practice upkeep concepts • Manage and oversee asset shutdowns and outages with regards to MEP and HVAC Program Delivery • Manage and oversee asset decommissioning and dependability engineering with regards to MEP and HVAC Provider Delivery • Manage and keep track of daily supplier compliance and high quality assurance • Manage common upkeep and servicing of assets to make sure safe practices standards and legal specifications are fulfilled • Liaise with Manager Supplier Performance Administration to track suppliers’ functionality, and prepare tips for improvement • Tabs on facility and asset maintenance overall performance through observations. • In charge of implementation of streamlined MEP and HVAC Support work procedures across all places within the agreement scope that meet up with the needs of your client.


Qualifications Education/ Qualification • Bachelor Degree Level (minimum) – Relevant Engineering qualification Work Experience • Minimum 7 years’ experience with at the very least 5 years in general management roles, with increasing degrees of responsibility, preferably in the aviation industry • Proven delivery of results at similar level, around contracted service delivery particularly, facilities and assets management in a complex, critical and security sensitive environment.
