Job Purpose The MEP & PPM Senior Manager is accountable for the contracted services management and operational coordination of day-to-day Facilities Management services for Mechanical, Electrical, Civils and Plumbing (MEP) services through the contracted service providers and Facility Manager resources to meet availability and service level expectations of the Client, the Facility Manager and its customers all sites, and based on the Sinyar’s and Client’s asset management strategy. Principal Accountabilities Leadership • Lead the Facility Manager MEP Services Team to ensure delivery of best value and presentation for the client from its assets, contractor technical and financial performance, and reporting, in line with Facility Manager Objectives and best practice. • Set the highest possible standards of leadership in promotion of HS&E procedures and best practice, ensuring compliance with Company procedures and legal obligations. • Manage team and self to adhere to all Facility Manager and Sinyar, and relevant client, procedures and policies. • Lead the united team to make sure sustained performance by ensuring motivation via professional development, coaching, performance and mentoring orientation. • Work collaboratively with wider Facility Manager Team champion and members the ethos of best practice value assured. • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the reporting supervisor Services Shipping • Manage and oversee the functionality of contracted service suppliers and operational coordination for the shipping of MEP & PPM asset and facility administration providers through to meet the accessibility and service level anticipations of the Customer and its customers. • Continuously make an effort to improve customer airport and experience rating in MEP services delivery. • Manage and oversee MEP HVAC solutions delivery and upkeep including: * Directing, monitoring and controlling the actions of most HVAC and MEP assets. * Developing a comprehensive understanding of the MEP and HVAC agreement documents (drawings and specs), phasing plans, MEP techniques interrelationships * Acting as crucial liaison stage and provide oversight over MEP and HVAC providers. • Validating design choices related to hard providers maintenance and suggest alternate solutions where suitable • Overseeing the scope evaluation, budgeting and justification of HVAC and MEP change work orders • Coordinating and administering MEP and HVAC related materials, techniques and drawings submittals • Ensuring that MEP and HVAC providers provide and adhere to appropriate Quality documentation/information • Ensuring that MEP and HVAC providers adhere to project protection rules • Overseeing and managing the testing and commissioning of recently installed MEP and HVAC products • Optimize and manage the asset lifecycle through efficient and best practice servicing concepts • Manage and oversee asset shutdowns and outages in relation to MEP and HVAC Program Shipping • Manage and oversee asset decommissioning and dependability engineering in relation to MEP and HVAC Provider Delivery • Manage and keep track of day to day provider compliance and high quality assurance • Manage common upkeep and upkeep of resources to ensure wellness and safety specifications and legal specifications are met • Liaise with Supervisor Supplier Performance Administration to track suppliers’ overall performance, and prepare tips for improvement • Tabs on facility and asset maintenance performance through observations. • Responsible for execution of streamlined MEP and HVAC Support work procedures across all places within the agreement scope that meet the requirements of the client.
Qualifications Education/ Qualification • Bachelor Degree Level (minimum) – Relevant Engineering qualification Work Experience • Minimum 7 years’ experience with at the very least 5 years in general management roles, with increasing degrees of responsibility, preferably in the aviation industry • Proven delivery of results at similar level, around contracted service delivery particularly, facilities and assets management in a complex, critical and security sensitive environment.
