The Role

Work Purpose The MEP & PPM Senior Supervisor is in charge of the contracted services administration and operational coordination of day-to-day Facilities Management solutions for Mechanical, Electrical, Civils and Plumbing (MEP) providers through the contracted providers and Facility Supervisor resources to meet up availability and service degree expectations of your client, the Facility Supervisor and its own customers all sites, and based on the Sinyar’s and Customer’s asset management technique. Principal Accountabilities Leadership • Lead the Facility Manager MEP Services Team to make sure delivery of cost effective and presentation for your client from its assets, contractor technical and financial performance, and reporting, consistent with Facility Manager Objectives and best practice. • Set optimum standards of leadership in promotion of HS&E procedures and best practice, ensuring compliance with Company procedures and legal obligations. • Manage group and self to adhere to all Facility Supervisor and Sinyar, and relevant client, procedures and policies. • Lead the united group to ensure sustained efficiency by ensuring inspiration via professional development, coaching, performance and mentoring orientation. • Function collaboratively with wider Service Manager Group champion and users the ethos of greatest practice value assured. • Any duties which may be designated by the reporting manager Services Delivery • Manage and oversee the performance of contracted providers and operational coordination for the delivery of MEP & PPM asset and facility management services to meet up with the availability and service level expectations of your client and its own customers. • Continuously make an effort to improve customer airport terminal and experience ranking in MEP services shipping. • Manage and oversee MEP HVAC services delivery and maintenance which includes: * Directing, supervising and controlling the actions of most HVAC and MEP resources. * Creating a detailed knowledge of the MEP and HVAC contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems interrelationships * Performing as key liaison point and offer oversight over MEP and HVAC suppliers. • Validating design options linked to hard services maintenance and recommend alternative solutions where appropriate • Overseeing the scope review, budgeting and justification of HVAC and MEP change function orders • Coordinating and administering MEP and HVAC associated materials, systems and drawings submittals • Making certain MEP and HVAC suppliers supply and abide by relevant Quality documentation/records • Making certain MEP and HVAC suppliers stick to project safety regulations • Overseeing and managing the tests and commissioning of newly set up MEP and HVAC equipment • Optimize and manage the asset lifecycle through effective and best practice maintenance principles • Manage and oversee asset shutdowns and outages with regards to MEP and HVAC Service Delivery • Manage and oversee asset decommissioning and reliability engineering with regards to MEP and HVAC Service Delivery • Manage and monitor daily supplier compliance and quality assurance • Manage general upkeep and maintenance of assets to make sure safe practices standards and legal requirements are usually fulfilled • Liaise with Manager Supplier Performance Management to track suppliers’ performance, and prepare tips for improvement • Tabs on facility and asset maintenance functionality through observations. • In charge of implementation of streamlined MEP and HVAC Service work practices across all locations within the contract scope that meet up with the needs of your client.

Requirements

Qualifications Schooling/ Qualification • Bachelor Degree Degree (minimum) – Appropriate Engineering qualification Work Knowledge • Minimum 7 years’ knowledge with at the very least 5 years in general management functions, with increasing degrees of responsibility, ideally in the aviation market • Proven delivery of outcomes at similar level, around contracted service delivery especially, facilities and assets administration in a complex, critical and security delicate environment.
