Responsibilities & Duties:
 1. Gather and analyze complex consumer data making use of PPM/BA&P Dashboards/IBM Cognos and identify brand-new regions of improvement and/or even problems
2. Make sure that all reporting relevant information is gathered and recorded correctly so that evaluation can be carried out in the simplest & most time efficient way
3. Collate and produce evaluation on segment degree from various resources of data i.electronic. IBM Cognos/PPM/BI Dashboards
4. Design/Maintain reviews to integrate data also to maintain dynamic reviews
5. Provide managers with inputs/proposals to create associated dashboards
6. Analyze information using standard analytical strategies and procedures to be able to observe trends and attract conclusions
7. Ensure data selection capability in relevant techniques and business procedures
8. Produce ad-hoc queries/briefs to request data from relevant systems
9. Make tips for actions and/or improvements in line with the results of the info analysis, to be able to improve business performance
10. Document Data Analytics processes that will assist other associates
11. Support internal stakeholders in resolving customer’s requirements from segmentation/registration perspective
12. Support on preparing CBO Dashboard/TRA/Billing reports occurring on monthly/Quarterly basis and ensure 99% data accuracy
13. Have a hand’s on method of data governance, Develop a baseline for used in periodic data governance reviews and audits
14. Utilize information management tools and also various data sources, to discover and determine root factors behind data issues
15. Evaluate data gathered from multiple sources, reconciles differences, and ensures consistent approaches, data interpretation, and results measurements
16. In charge of the entire cycle of the info governance related project including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), the delivery of user manuals, workout sessions and arranging for proper person support
17. Perform data quality audits on project data for specific things like inconsistent data, incomplete data, business rule violations, incorrect data, etc.
18. Govern and keep maintaining Customer Segmentation, target and budgeting configurations for sales groups
19. Deliver monthly Business Segments Performance
20. Analyze, visualize, and offer analytics on significant group of data and build end-to-end reporting solutions/dashboards to aid company initiatives on Revenue Segmentation, Taxation, Mobile Registration, Customer Experience and Dunning processes
