Leasing Administrator – Ayadi Human Capital Solutions LLC – Abu Dhabi

Work Purpose

  • The function will be will be responsible for the entire scope of Lease Management services which includes: abstracting and interpreting industrial/residential lease paperwork (leases, amendments), billings, selections, tenant and renewals lease compliance issues.

Leasing Administration:

  • Help out with the brand new / renewals
  • Study and interpret leases, full abstracts, and use the finance group to insure precision of lease accounting for economic reporting
  • Monitoring and maintaining important dates, which includes timely issuance all notices specifications, from pre-opening through starting and eventual termination.
  • Tracking and maintaining vital lease dates
  • Provide evaluation of lease conditions (co-tenancy clauses, termination rights, subleases and assignments, tenant and landlord responsibilities, etc.)
  • Create and distribute critical time ticklers monthly for monitoring dates of lease expirations, option notices and lease increases to make sure compliance with the conditions of the leases
  • Ensure terms are precisely documented on official types and records Create recovery pools
  • Data access, validation and administration of lease
  • Ongoing servicing of data source of lease abstracts and details upon the occurrence of amendments, new places, expirations, etc.
  • Revise tenant information, position and dates
  • Up-date recurring charges (rents, typical area upkeep estimates etc.)

Reporting and communications:

  • Rent variance evaluation and rent payment digesting to make sure precision and lease compliance
  • Financial evaluation as required
  • React to questions from inner staff and tenants respect to processes, lease interpretation, and billing calculations, and lease compliance problems.
  • Use partners/external customers would include sustaining lease summaries, recurring obligations spreadsheets and pending products reports, and maintaining home lease files in accordance with established specifications
  • Client/landlord relationship administration
  • Prepare composed correspondence to tenants and customers Customer/vendor/landlord relationship administration
  • Solution lease related queries
  • Track brand new and expiring leases
  • Provide regular and regular status reviews to all or any parties
  • Coordinate with the FM Supervisors for the timely submission of tenant surrender types along with other lease updates ahead of running the monthly lease roll.
  • Prepare and review monthly lease roll reports for precision.
  • Review leasing statements and invoices for precision, in addition to for extra services charges which need verification contrary to the lease

Lease Compliance:

  • Ensure customer compliance with the conditions of their leases, which includes issuing notices to tenants.
  • Track important deal dates to make sure timely completion

Lease selections:

  • Help out with the billing/selections of tenant rents
  • Issue precise and timely billings to Tenants
  • Quality of rent along with other landlord/tenant problems
  • Issue selection letters, make collection phone calls, coordinate with Financing and legal for selection escalation requirements
  • Handle landlord conversation where charges have to be challenged
  • Make sure that the Percentage Lease or PRODUCT SALES provisions of the leases are usually honored.
  • Keep up with the integrity of lease information file techniques
