Leasing Administrator – Ayadi Human Capital Solutions LLC – Abu Dhabi

Work Purpose

  • The role will undoubtedly be will be responsible for the entire scope of Lease Management services which includes: abstracting and interpreting industrial/residential lease paperwork (leases, amendments), billings, collections, tenant and renewals lease compliance matters.

Leasing Administration:

  • Assist in the brand new / renewals
  • interpret and

  • Read leases, complete abstracts, and use the finance group to insure precision of lease accounting for economic reporting
  • maintaining and

  • Monitoring critical dates, which includes timely issuance all notices specifications, from pre-opening through starting and eventual termination.
  • Monitoring and maintaining essential lease dates
  • Provide evaluation of lease terms (co-tenancy clauses, termination rights, subleases and assignments, tenant and landlord responsibilities, etc.)
  • Create and distribute critical time ticklers monthly for monitoring dates of lease expirations, choice notices and rent boosts to make sure compliance with the terms of the leases
  • Ensure terms are usually accurately documented on recognized forms and records Create recovery pools
  • Data entry, administration and validation of lease
  • Ongoing servicing of database of lease abstracts and details upon the occurrence of amendments, new places, expirations, etc.
  • Update tenant information, position and dates
  • Update recurring charges (rents, common region upkeep estimates etc.)

Reporting and communications:

  • Rent variance rent and analysis transaction processing to ensure precision and lease compliance
  • Financial evaluation as needed
  • React to questions from internal tenants and staff respect to procedures, lease interpretation, and billing calculations, and lease compliance problems.
  • Use partners/external customers would include preserving lease summaries, recurring payments spreadsheets and pending items reviews, and maintaining home lease files in accordance with established standards
  • Customer/landlord relationship administration
  • Prepare composed correspondence to tenants and customers Customer/vendor/landlord relationship administration
  • Answer lease associated questions
  • Track brand-new and expiring leases
  • Provide normal and frequent status reviews to all or any parties
  • Coordinate with the FM Supervisors for the timely submission of tenant surrender types along with other lease updates ahead of running the regular monthly rent roll.
  • Prepare and review regular rent roll reviews for accuracy.
  • Evaluation rental statements and invoices for precision, in addition to for extra service costs which require verification contrary to the lease

Lease Compliance:

  • Ensure customer compliance with the conditions of their leases, which includes issuing notices to tenants.
  • Track essential transaction dates to make sure timely completion

Lease collections:

  • Help out with the billing/collections of tenant rents
  • Issue precise and timely billings to Tenants
  • Quality of rent along with other landlord/tenant issues
  • Issue selection letters, make collection phone calls, coordinate with Financing and legal for selection escalation needs
  • Deal with landlord communication where fees have to be challenged
  • Make sure that the Percentage Gross or Lease Product sales provisions of the leases are usually adhered to.
  • Keep up with the integrity of lease information file systems
