Lead Facilities Manager – 4 Month Contract – J10 Consulting FZ LLE – Dubai

Our Semi Governmental client includes a new requirement of a well experienced, Business lead Facilities Manager to become listed on their group in Dubai, UAE. Prosperous candidates will have a successful history as a Lead Amenities Supervisor for an FM COMPANY or Consultancy business on large level FM projects and agreements, ideally experience in Main Events or similar tasks in the UAE / GCC.

This role can be acquired for instant joining and will be for a short 4 month fixed expression contract being an outsourced worker through J10 Consulting.

Key Duties:

  • In charge of the administration of the Functions Support Providers
  • Provides strategic insight to the daily operating program
  • Collaborate with other useful areas, such as for example Events, International Individuals and Venue Administration on ensuring a smooth shipping of Operational Support Solutions
  • Ensure the continuous enforcement of prepared preventative maintenance, inspections and testing, coordinating shut-downs as necessary for transitions and installations
  • Become the center point for Procedures Support Service routines
  • Ensure contractual compliance of PROVIDERS across Operations Support Providers that extend into supervising Key Efficiency Indicator’s and resolving efficiency gaps, applying penalties and/or incentive awards and handling contract scope variants
  • Administration of the Operational Help Solutions team in the Area
  • Help with the mentoring of Functions Support Services employees
  • Ensure execution and adherence for several Site wide Plans and Processes
  • Use the Venue Administration and Overlay groups in ensuring the washing, maintenance and waste specifications of short-term structures within the website
  • Lead the united group responsibly and proficiently, supplying effective line management to direct reports
  • Established objectives and evaluate performance of individual direct reports and actively manage key personnel issues
  • Make sure that all staff find the needed skills and knowledge through appropriate understanding and development programs
  • Provide visible leadership to the team and over the organization to key stakeholders

Lead Facilities Manager Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree Level (minimum) – Project Management, Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years’ experience, 2 yrs which were in an identical role working inside a highly complicated and dynamic environment, with specific experience linked to Hard and Soft Providers facility functions
  • Knowing Hard and Soft Solutions operational dependencies, effect on other features and non-operational directorates
  • Experience in employed in a multi-cultural organisation, GCC area
  • Experience in dealing with senior level Federal government partners and multi-company stakeholders
  • Programme/ task manager experience supporting huge complex tasks
  • Experience with agreement procurement from tender style to execution and administration
  • Capability to create a network across task teams and key exterior stakeholders
  • Communicates nicely and regularly from Director/Executive level right down to large groups of workforce electronic.g. volunteers
  • A knowledge of Hard and Soft Providers Facility Management, and Waste materials contractors in the UAE / Dubai
  • Collaborates properly with other business features and an excellent integrator
  • Skilled task supervisor, methodical thinker, with excellent guest service concentrate and superb written and verbal conversation abilities
